The Villages
Up the gently sloping hill from the shores of the lake, on the right side of Sailing Hawks Drive is The Village of Mesquite Bay. This gated community has forty- six view lots ready to be built on. These home sites are now for sale.
On the left, the future village of The Cove at Sailing Hawks is a thirteen-acre parcel to be sold as another community. It has been approved for 66 lots offering splendid views of Mesquite Bay, Lake Havasu and the surrounding mountains
